Brockville Ford is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team! If you're someone who enjoys variety in your day, likes being on the move, and wants to build a career in the automotive industry, this could be the perfect opportunity.
From assisting customers and technicians with parts orders to making deliveries and keeping inventory organized, you'll play a key role in keeping our dealership running smoothly.
What You'll Do
✅ Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts inquiries and orders
✅ Deliver parts safely and efficiently to customers and business partners
✅ Pick and prepare parts for service technicians
✅ Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory
✅ Provide outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and online
✅ Support day-to-day Parts Department operations as needed
What We're Looking For
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Comfortable using computers and technology
✔ Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
✔ Automotive parts experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right candidate
✔ Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract
